Who are Assure Property Inventory Service?

The only purpose of Assure Property Inventory service is to conduct impartial and reliable services by compiling detailed, concise and easy to read Property Inventories, Check-in and Check-out reports. This service is offered to Property Letting Agents, Private Landlords, and Corporate Commercial clients throughout Fife, Tayside, Edinburgh, Glasgow and Central Scotland.

Our clerks are trained to the Association of Independent Inventory Clerks (AIIC) level and attend regular refresher courses to keep them up to date with continually changing regulations and are bound by the “Code of Practice” laid down by the institute.

Since the company’s formation in 2007 our services have steadily increased in popularity and are now used by a number of Property Letting Agents in the area.
